DBA Group was founded by four shareholders and entrepreneurs, the De Bettin brothers. The Founders are still active in the management and running of the Group.
1991
The “De Bettin e Associati” engineering and architecture firm is founded. Its partners are Francesco, Raffaele, Stefano and Daniele De Bettin
1993
The studio is transformed into an engineering company, DBA Progetti Spa and DBA Group Spa is establisheD
1998
This period sees the start of DBA Group’s internationalization process, with joint ventures in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece. Turkey, Mexico and an independent opening in Romania
2005
To support its engineering activities, the Group starts up an ICT enterprise: DBA Lab Spa
2006
DBA Proekt OOO engineering company is set up, with headquarters in St. Petersburg. The Group’s internationalisation process continues. Its markets and activities are diversified.
2011
The Italian Investment Fund SGR Spa enters the share capital of DBA Group
2012
DBA Group is selected among the top-30 Italian companies participating in the “Elite di Borsa Italiana” programme
2015
DBA Group acquires Actual IT, the Slovenian company
2016
DBA Group celebrates its 25th anniversary

DBA Group acquires ITELIS and it is listed on the AIM Market of Borsa Italian

DBA Group acquires SJS Engineering Srl and strengthens its presence in the Transport and Logistics market

Founded in 1991, DBA Group has developed over time – through its controlled operating companies, methods, experiences and know how in the procurement of Engineering and Project & Construction Management services in the civil, plant and infrastructure fields.
In 2005, the Group has expanded its offer by adding the Asset & Lifecycle Management services , related to the automation of building and infrastructure lifecycle management (processes), through the development of web based applications and software platforms.
