DBA Group member Actual IT d.o.o. from Croatia participated in the DigLogs Interreg It-Cr project SWOT analyses workshop in Trieste on the 22nd November 2019, launching Work Package 4. The workshop has been conducted as a full day event, consisting of 3 consecutive SWOT analyses brainstorming sessions of the eleven innovations selected from the three WP3 Impact Analyses deliverables. The first session was facilitated by Actual IT d.o.o, focusing on the SWOT analysis of the five innovations shortlisted from the impact analyses of the process informatization trends in the program area.
Actual has very actively participated in the other two SWOT brainstorming sessions, focusing on the three shortlisted innovations from the impact analysis of big data for freight and passengers mobility, facilitated by the lead partner, Faculty of Maritime studies in Rijeka and the three shortlisted innovations from the impact analysis of traffic automation systems in multimodal transport, facilitated by the host, Elevenate.
Project partners have fruitfully enrolled in the brainstorming, bringing various insights from their own expertise to each innovation context. Pilot action owners paid attention to the context in which their chosen pilot actions were going to be implemented and brought the context to the SWOT analysis for the matching innovations.
