Our colleagues in T&L, said Botjan Petelin , are executing their daily work by using the collaboration tools like skype, teams, redmine. On a daily base we communicate, manage and allocate the daily tasks based on the need and adapted to the current very changing situation and environment in the country.
We are in close contact with our customer to be able to analyze, assess and evaluate their situation.
2nd and 3rd level support is organized with a help of our VPN connection and Telephone lines. All running projects are running and managed as usual.
We have to put more effort in the activities with main purpose of supporting our clients and organizing workshops. Under current circumstances we do receive all feedbacks with delays, due to the fact that most of the people are currently working remote or having limited access to their IT infrastructure.
