Energy requalification projects were completed on 1703 building units, commissioned by individual apartment blocks. The works included thermal insulation of building envelopes, replacing windows and doors, installing new heat generators and emission equipment, as well as implementing photovoltaic systems and solar shading.

The complete range of technical and fiscal procedures for each project was managed and successfully completed to qualify for tax deductions.

The upgraded and requalified building units achieved a 60% reduction in energy demand.
