Redevelopment of the Nestlé Waters Castrocielo production site
Cliente: Sanpellegrino S.p.a.
The area covered by the project, owned by the Sanpellegrino Nestlé Waters Group, is located in the southeast territory of the Municipality of Castrocielo in the Province of Frosinone.
The work involved the redevelopment of the existing industrial site, which included
- industrial warehouses and production buildings;
- offices;
- technical area facilities;
- support structures (a purifier, the Enel electrical cabin, and a fire extinguishing tank);
- paved yards for vehicle transit and movement;
- green areas.
The perimeter buildings were demolished, except for the Enel electrical cabin and the fire extinguishing tank. The main production building was redeveloped with the construction of a new technological area, the reorganisation of the external facilities and the construction of additional auxiliary facilities and equipment.
