From 2012 to 2017, the operational company DBA PRO. supported its Clients, VODAFONE and WIND, in the development of the Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) network by providing the following services:
- site research on the entire national territory
- preliminary engineering design
- authorisation procedures for the transformation of the sites identified in FTTH Point Of Presence
- execution engineering design of the individual sites
- project management for the development of the various sites and the roll out of the multiple activities across all regions
- safety coordination during the design and execution phases for each POP site
- construction management and acting project manager for each POP implementation activity
- supervision of the works for each of the infrastructures that have been built
- final acceptance testing and commissioning of each individual site.
These services were delivered across 13 sites:
- 5 Vodafone sites in the greater metropolitan area of Milan
- 5 Wind sites in the greater metropolitan area of Milan
- 2 Vodafone sites in the Province of Bologna
- 1 Vodafone site in the greater metropolitan area of Turin
