DBA IN MILAN AT THE EVENT ON PAY EQUITY AND TRANSPARENCY

DBA participated in the event held in Milan and promoted by Wyser and ODM Consulting, Gi Group Holding, titled “Pay equity and transparency: obligations and opportunities for people strategy.” The discussion provided an opportunity to explore the new regulatory framework and its impact on the models through which companies manage and value people.
