BALILLA PARK LIVING & AL30–AMPÈRE LIVING FINALISTS AT THE PLAN AWARDS 2025

The Balilla Park Living and AL30 – Ampère Living projects, developed for Kervis with the full design support of DBA General Planning, have been selected as finalists for THE PLAN AWARDS 2025, one of the leading international awards in the real estate and architecture sectors.

For AL30 – Ampère Living, DBA General Planning handled the preliminary, detailed, and integrated executive design of structures and systems, as well as safety coordination and general and specialist construction management, currently underway.
For Balilla Park Living, DBA oversaw all design phases for structures, systems, and fire prevention, in addition to construction management.
