DBA INVITED TO THE ITALY-CYPRUS MARITIME BUSINESS FORUM IN LIMASSOL

DBA took part in the Italy-Cyprus Maritime Business Forum in Limassol, following an invitation from the Italian Embassy in Nicosia.

The event was held at the DP World Cruise Terminal in Limassol, within the same port where DBA is currently involved in the design of the electrical infrastructure required to supply ships through On-Shore Power Supply (OPS) systems as part of the DECARBONLIM project promoted by the Cyprus Ports Authority.

Discussions focused on the key challenges shaping the future of ports, including sustainability, infrastructure investments, international cooperation, and the integration between ports and local communities. These themes are closely linked to the transformation of the sector and the ongoing decarbonization of maritime activities.
