New tertiary complex (four buildings in line with cross-body connection). The intervention concerns the renovation of part of the property complex owned by BIPIEMME IMMOBILI S.p.A. located in Milan among the streets of Bezzi, Marostica, Massaua and Fornari for the new Centro Servizi del Banca Popolare di Milano.

The CED is the main function of the complex, along with the functions of the Print Center and the distribution of the processed products; in Viale Bezzi there is the Personnel Training Center and also all the general support functions such as catering services, corporate and collective services. In the building on Viale Bezzi, were introduced new production functions of the Center, namely the CED, the Press Center and the Personnel Training Center. In the three high buildings, perpendicular to Viale Bezzi, were included IT laboratories in support of the CED functions.
