ATER Vicenza, the Territorial Housing Authority of the province of Vicenza, has chosen VIVO as its Energy Management System platform to optimize the energy performance of its building portfolio.

The project was driven by a clear objective: to improve the efficiency of energy generators—boilers and heat pumps—serving publicly managed residential buildings, reducing consumption, lowering operational costs, and ensuring a more reliable service for tenants.

Real-time monitoring, smarter decisions

Thanks to the implementation of VIVO, ATER Vicenza now has a complete, real-time overview of the energy production of its systems. The platform enables continuous analysis of operational data, identification of inefficiencies, and intervention before they turn into failures or waste.

The automated notification system immediately alerts technical staff in case of critical events or operational anomalies, reducing response times and minimizing the impact on residents.

Remote management and efficiency measures

One of the most innovative aspects of the project is the ability to remotely manage the production controller, eliminating the need for on-site interventions for routine operations and optimizing system scheduling based on real-time needs.

The adoption of VIVO has also enabled structured energy efficiency measures, translating collected data into concrete and measurable operational decisions.

The result is a more sustainable and efficient energy asset management approach, aligned with the public sector’s ecological transition goals.
