Port of Civitavecchia: Maritime and dredging activities connected to TVN Thermal Power Plant
Client: ENEL Ingegneria e Innovazione SpA
The site supervision activity has been supplied in order to ensure the managements of works aimed at the conversion to coal of the Torrevaldaliga Nord Thermal Power Plant in the Port of Civitavecchia.
In particular the works have concerned:
- Dredging of 1st and 2nd phase;
- Construction of cellular caissons- main coal quay;
- Ballasting and rock filling of caissons on the main quay;
- Foundation piles for gantry girder of continuous loaders;
- Disposal of dredging sediments in depositing site ‘LA MATTONARA’.
